I originally put this in iPad questions but perhaps this is the right place instead.

Hello…..hoping someone might be able to help.  I have the iPad app and the desktop version of Photo.  I thought I would see if the assets I have on the desktop are synced to my iPad app.  When I look at my Account on the iPad there are only 2 assets instead of 7 and on the bottom left it shows Sync Failed.

I signed into my account and the Registered Apps and Devices only show that my desktop is registered.  I read that I need to register my iPad app but I do not see that option.  
 

Do you know how I can register my iPad app and also make it sync…..?  Hoping someone can help.  Thanks.

As I said in your other topic, I suggest you Sign Out (upper left in My Account), which will give you the screen to Register or Sign In.

Hello Walt……… I did as you suggested, but it automatically logs me back in.  I tried about 4 times.  Do you think I should delete the app and download it again?  I believe I have been using the current version 1.10.5.  iPad OS 15.5.

I doubt that uninstalling will help. I'm not sure what else to suggest. Another user or someone from Serif may have something.

I just deleted and re downloaded from the App Store.  Signed in and it says now that I am registered and hooray, there is everything and no more failed sync.
