Transfer licenses in the new account

Hello,

We  need to change email address for some of the purchased licenses to the new one. Is it possible to transfer the licenses to the new account?

I'm almost sure you can just log in to your account and change the email address.

That will change the email address associated with the account. It will not change the email address associated with the application itself (the one you specify while validating the Product Key when you first install the application).

Right, those were two different things. Means then probably to write a mail to Serif. (?)

There is no way to change the email associated with the program. It is, and will remain, the original email used for the purchase.

The email address you use when you place your order is permanently linked to the license this can never be changed. The only time you will need to enter this though is when you install the software. 

 

As mentioned above, you can however change the email address you use to sign into your Affinity Store account.

From the Affinity Account page click Account Details. In the Personal Details section enter your new email address and press Update Details. You should receive the message "Your details were updated". You can now log into the Affinity Store with your updated email address.
