Raquel Posted May 30, 2022 Posted May 30, 2022 When I have to export a file with high quality print, let’s say a book or a book cover with illustrations on it, the final files are always too small. Usually, in indesign, a cover book send to print has 30Mb minimum, but with affinity it will be just 5 ou 6Mb. An entire book with more than 200 pages, with a lot of illustrations, stays with 1Mb when I export with high quality. What can I do to save bigger files? Quote

I would wonder what the physical dimensions of the pages are but more likely the 'problem' is going to be DPI / PPI. It should be about 300 DPI for good quality printing. Here is the File > New Document section and then the File > Document Setup... I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Are your illustrations embedded or linked? What do you see in the Resource Manager?
