I bought an AP(Window) in 2019 and kept using it. Unfortunately, my notebook didn't work in 2020 and I couldn't uninstall the AP. I didn't know if I could install my AP on a new notebook so I didn't use it anymore. Now I need to use it so could I install my AP on another notebook in this case?

Furthermore, I lost my email which was for buying and registering the AP account, I can't login the email anymore. So what should I do? Could I change the email to another one?

Please help me to solve these problems. Thanks!!!

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @Hannah01.

You can use your license for Photo on Windows on as many Windows computers as you want, as long as you own or control the computers. So, it doesn't matter whether you uninstalled it on the old machine or not. As long as the new one is also Windows, and you own or control the machine, the license allows you to install it.

As long as you know the prior email address, and you remember your Affinity Store account password, you can sign in to the Affinity Store at https://affinity.store/account even if you do not have access to that email account any more. You will only need access to that email account if you have forgotten your Store account password. (Note: these forums and the Store are two separate systems, with separate accounts, and optionally separate email addresses and separate passwords.)

If you can sign in to the Store, then the Account Details page should let you change the email address for the Store account. And the Downloads & Product Keys should let you download a current version of the product. It will also tell you the Product Key, and the email address you'll need to use during installation (which will be the old address).

If you do not remember the password, though, you'll need to contact Affinity directly for help. I suggest emailing affinity@serif.com for that.
