RogerBohl
I'm just transitioning to Affin. Des. from Draw PlusX8, that I've loved for years. I can't stand the inverted colors on the main screen-- white on black -- I find it impossible to browse through the program's capabilities. Is there a way to invert the entire set of program instructions??? I tried searching, but got nowhere. Help!!!

RogerBohl
and then change "dark" to "light!" Ah! Relief! I will proceed to purchase. I could not have tolerated the inverted color ("dark") screen. Strange that the default value is "Dark." Roger Elmer Fudd

At least technically, "Dark Mode" is more natural than the white, light screen surface, if only because of energy consumption. Only LCD screens need more energy to display black – and / but they don't shine to display their white. Compared to the glaring light of a bright surface, a dark screen background also has advantages from an ergonomic point of view, which has led, for example, to the invention of the "Night Shift" feature with its auto-dimming some years ago for good, healthy reasons. From this point of view, it is rather strange to still stick to the habit of a light interface 😉 ps: I am always annoyed when powerpoint foils of only text get presented as a light projection of black letters on a white rectangle because this way text is harder to read than white text on the 'black' wall (which isn't black but means just no additional light around the text).
