I uploaded this software on my old computer, which is ready to bite the dust any moment, thinking I could also download it on my new computer & delete the old. This is not the case. When I log in the both the purchase and the software download only shows if I log in from my old computer. Neither show up on my new computer. To avoid refunding , canceling account & repurchasing on new account - is there an easy way to add my new computer to my account? Which OS do you have and where did you originally purchase the app(s), direct from Serif or from the App Store appropriate for your OS? Depending on your answers to these questions we can then advise you further. But, as a general point you do not need to remove the app(s) from your old computer in order to be able to download, install and use it/them on your new. Which of the apps do you actually have? I am attempting to download off old purchase & then add new keys from recent purchase. If that doesnt work I will have ot do refund , delete account fully & come in as new customer. At this point my old computer doesnt recognize password & no password reset is being sent so this looks like my only recourse. we should have the option to add/change devices.No one has just one device anymore & computers do break. walt.farrell Posted May 28, 2022 Share Posted May 28, 2022 If your old and new computers are both Windows, and you purchased from Serif, just sign in to your account at https://affinity.store/account/downloads and you'll find a link to download, along with your product key and email. Just download using that link, and use that product key and email during the install. You don't need a new product key.
