Can't change password 😐

For some reason my shop account can't login, even though I was sure about the password, but it was wrong until my account was locked, I tried to change the password, but I only got a repeated email link, even though in the near future I want to buy the product 😐 I hope someone can solve this problem 😅

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

Sine at least two of the images you have posted include your personal email address can I strongly suggest that you remove them or at least obscure your address as a matter of urgency so that Spambots cannot harvest your email and potentially deluge you with spam.

If you are not receiving the email to allow you to reset your password I think you need to email affinity@serif.com and request their assistance.

As you're using gmail, it is likely that any email Serif  may have sent to you went into either your Spam folder, or possibly the Promotions tab, rather than the Inbox tab. So I would suggest checking there (as well as redoing those two attached images, as @emmrecs01 suggested.

If that doesn't help, you could email affinity@serif.com, unless someone from Serif responds here first with different advice. (They might not respond to that email address until Monday, though.)
