klizi Posted May 26, 2022 Share Posted May 26, 2022 Windows 10 Pro for workstations 64GB RAM X2 Xeon E5-2667v4 (32cores) AMD Radeon Frontier Air cooled GPU 16GB Issue: using Designer version 1.10.5.1342 with above DELL 7810 there is an issue in rendering on screen basic vector graphic where the issue is relating to how image is displayed, pixelated and with delays whilst rotating, sizing (modifying). To achieve a snappy user experience, Affinity uses Mip maps, and draws in lower resolution before finally drawing the last pass in full resolution (when required). carl123 Posted May 27, 2022 Share Posted May 27, 2022 Looking at your video I would say that's not normal As a first step, in narrowing down the problem... in Preferences try switching off Hardware Acceleration and switch View Quality: to Nearest Neighbour to see if that makes any difference Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum.
