AnnM Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 Hi Admins I can't work with AP and AD. I am creating and creating... and after 2 hours my work is lost. AD and AP is "rolling" and after many minutes my work is lost. It just disappeares. The App is closed and there is no way to rescue the file. This issue was seen by me two days ago. What should I do? Also was you doing anything particular within the app that caused the issue, using a certain tool or feature? Can you reproduce the issue on a new document? You can try checking the following location to see if there is an autosave file available. Press the Windows Key + R to launch the Run dialog and enter the relevant app path: %AppData%\Affinity\Photo\1.0\autosave (For Designer, same as above just change Photo for Designer) Can you please confirm your system specs, including the version of Windows.
