Brush tool doesn't work with adjustment layer

Recommended Posts

Welcome to the forums @Andy Paul

Which Brush Tool are you using?
Which colour are you using with that brush?
What are the Opacity/Hardness settings of the brush?
Which Blend Mode are you using with the brush?

If you can give us a full-screen screenshot of the tool in use on your document with the Layers Panel open and the adjustment you are working on selected in that panel, and the Context Toolbar switched on, then we should be able to help further.

I am using the Paint Brush Tool

I am presently only using black and white adjustments.

At present all settings are at 100%

Not using the blend mode

Please provide the screenshot that @GarryP requested. If you're on Windows, Alt+PrtScrn (but sometimes Fn+PrtScrn) should be able to capture one as a .png, or you could use the Windows Snip and Sketch tool.

Where do I find this? Thanks

Who are you asking (that is, which "this" are you asking about)?
