Affinity Publisher crashes when I open IDML files

My Affinity Publisher keeps on crashing when I try to open my (saved as out of InDesign) IDML file.

This file is my main product that I work on, and it is essential that I be able to open it in Publisher.

Please advise on how this can be resolved.

Attached a working IDML, BUT I removed pages 14-15 because they looked fishy and I remove everything outside the pages.

I can confirm I'm seeing the same crashing behaviour here, so I'm getting this logged with our developers now - many thanks for your report!

@joe_l Thank you, I can now open the InDesign file in Publisher.

I'm just curious did you open the file in InDesign, "trouble shot" there and then saved as IDML file? I'd just like to know how I myself can fix this.....

Yes, I did it with InDesign CS6 for Windows.
