jcredland Posted May 23, 2022 Posted May 23, 2022 As soon as I select multiple rectangles the rounding options vanish. Is there a way to adjust a selection of say 100 rectangles at once that I'm missing? Quote
Old Bruce Posted May 23, 2022 Posted May 23, 2022 Are you using the shape tool when you try to do the corners? On the Mac I can do this with several rectangles chosen, although I have to use the Context Toolbar to select the type of corner adjust them all. jcredland 1 Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear. jcredland Posted May 23, 2022 Author Posted May 23, 2022 Oh you bad-ass mo-fo – you've solved it. I was using the move tool. Which you can change the colour of them with but not the corner sizes! Quote

By shape tool, do you mean the AD Corner Tool or something else? It will not work if the selection includes certain geometric object types. For example in this Some Objects.afdesign file if any of the pink objects are included in the selection, the Context Toolbar will not show the corner shaping options. For that sort of selection you can use the Corner Tool instead. jcredland 1 Quote All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V2.6 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7 All 3 V2 apps for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iPadOS 15.7

For me, it offers all five corner types. Try this with my 'some objects' test file: Select as many of the objects are you want. Use the Corner Tool to make a selection of as many sharp corner nodes as you want in as many of those objects as you want. (Remember that the Corner Tool only works on sharp corners.) The Context Toolbar should offer all five corner types. Select any of them & either drag on any selected node or set the radius in the Context Toolbar to set all of them at once. Does this not work for you? For some reason I was only thinking about the default behaviour of the Corner Tool. I wasn’t thinking about the Context toolbar at all!
