Falco
Any idea what may have corrupted my file? It's on a relatively new Samsung 980 Pro NVMe drive. Thankfully, once I finished editing the file I exported a full res TIFF, so at least I have that as a backup. 0263_orangeTreeStreamH.afphoto
Staff Lee D Posted May 23, 2022 Staff Share Posted May 23, 2022 This new version is working for me, can you test it yourself to make sure. I had to use Publisher to open the file and then use File > Edit in Photo and once in Photo resave to a new file. The file size is different so please check it over. 910219507_NewVer.afphoto
Falco
I was able to open your file in Photo, as well as through Publisher as you stated. I tried opening my original corrupt file in Publisher but it gives me the "file is corrupt" error. Any idea what was wrong with my file? I'm running 1.10.5.1342. LondonSquirrel
For info, if I create a new APub document and place your APhoto file, that works. I can then double click on the layer for the APhoto file, and APhoto opens it. I don't know why it does not work 'normally'.
Falco
Strangely, I'm unable to do so - I just get the "this file appears to be corrupted" error when attempting to place the photo into Publisher.
LondonSquirrel
Evidence of the old glazzies: 1. On placing your image. 2. It places. 3. Here it is in APub. 4. Double click it to open it in APhoto. But, if I try to open it directly in APhoto I get an error message:
