Fast Fox
I have Publisher and have created a 96 page document ready for print. However I have now decided that I need to make this a bit smaller but will keep the similar aspect ratio (1:1). Is there a way for going in and changing the document size from the setup after I have already createdbthe document?
PaulEC
You can use Spread Setup - Scaling Options, or, if you're printing it yourself, just change the scaling when you print it. Pšenda
But the question is whether you only want to reduce the size of the pages without changing the content, changing the layout of the content, or also changing the size of the content, etc. Quote Affinity Store (MSI/EXE): Affinity Suite (ADe, APh, APu) 2.5.5.2636 (Retail) Dell OptiPlex 7060, i5-8500 3.00 GHz, 16 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630, Dell P2417H 1920 x 1080, Windows 11 Pro, Version 23H2, Build 22631.4317. thomaso
A third option to "make this a bit smaller" would be simply to reduce the document's resolution. This will result in a smaller file size (use "Save As…") and, if printed in the initial resolution (e.g. 300 DPI), result in reduced dimensions, too. This workflow is similar to the hint given above to alter the size via the print > scale option.
