Hi. I purchased both Affinity Photo and Designer back in april, last year (at MS Store) and they were working wonderfully. But Some days ago they stopped working at all, and wouldn't even load. Following instructions I proceeded to uninstall them so I could reinstall, but now when I check the Downloads page the products aren't there at all (it only shows a trial version I almost downloaded by accident and a bunch of add-ons I never used). They still show up at the Registered Devices page, but I don't get any means of downloading them.

When I look for them at the MS Store app they don't give me the option to reinstall, only to purchase.

What should I do?

@GGSJ

If you sign into your Microsoft Store account with the same email address you used to place the order you will be able to download again from there.

If you are not seeing the product in your history can I suggest contacting Microsoft for assistance.

Thank you for your answer. They don't shows up in Microsoft Store, too. It only gives me the option to purchase again.

I purchased Affinity Design yesterday, never received an email confirmation.  Tried to download but the download kept failing. In the download folder it says UNCONFIRMED. I have no idea what that means.  Now I am unable to find the download button to try and download again.  How can I get the link to download again or how can i get help to get this downloaded?  I have training class on wednesday. please help asap

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

"UNCONFIRMED" probably means that you never activated your account; you should have gotten an email for that.

You might check your Spam folder. Some email services, such as Gmail, are quite aggressive about sending unsolicited email from commercial sites to Spam, unless you have first added them to your Google Contacts, or sent them an email. Or it might end up (in Gmail) in a Promotions tab, depending on how you view the email.

If that doesn't help, you could email affinity@serif.com and someone there can help, though perhaps not until Monday.

You could also download the Trial and run it for 10 days if you haven't already used it. https://affin.co/designertrial (Make sure to select the right OS.)
