I can see you also have Affinity Photo installed, is this running correctly, or does this issue affect both Photo & Designer? When launching the app, what happens please? Do you see any reaction on screen? Does the Affinity Designer splash screen show? Is any error message shown on screen? Can you please open Windows Run (Windows Key + R) then paste the following string and press OK: %AppData%\Affinity\Designer\1.0 In the window that opens, please select the 'log.txt', then attach a copy of this to your reply here. Now, open the CrashReports folder, then reports. If there are any generated .dmp files in this folder, please also attach them here. Many thanks in advance! Quote
