Staff NathanC Posted May 17, 2022 Staff Share Posted May 17, 2022 Hi @Nadar, Are you looking for a simple comic bubble like the below? There's a Callout Ellipse shape on the toolbar that can be drawn, this can then be made transparent by changing the Opacity setting of the object on the layers panel or using the transparency tool to create a gradient. PaulEC
Are you using one of the shape tools, did you draw it yourself, or have you imported it from somewhere else? Whichever it is, you don't use the Opacity tool or need to change the layer opacity. But how you do it depends on whether it is a vector shape or a pixel image. A screenshot of your application workspace, with your call-out bubble selected, might be useful to help us see what you're seeing. But in general, you should find the Fill setting on the Context Toolbar:  bananayoshimoto 1 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC:    Desktop:  Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090   Laptop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. iPad:  iPad Pro M1, 12.9": iPadOS 17.4.1, Apple Pencil 2, Magic Keyboard Mac: 2023 M2 MacBook Air 15", 16GB memory, macOS Sonoma 14.4.
PaulEC
In that case all you need to do is set the fill to transparent.
