Hello

Lately I am not able to access my user account anymore
I have W10, current version and Firefox 100.0, so everything is up to date.
If the strange captcha query is the cause, I would find that a pity, because on the one hand I have been a convinced Affinity user since the earliest beta versions, but on the other hand I am not prepared to change my security settings. This means that I cannot buy a new version either.

Is there another solution ?

Best regards

We have recently made security changes to our site by adding a reCaptcha.

Can I suggest temporarily disabling adblockers and trying again. It may also help use a different browser.

Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.

Thank you for the answer.

If there is no other solution, I would find that very unfortunate, but as I have already mentioned, weakening my browser security settings or using a different browser is not an option for me, because there are a lot of not very friendly contemporaries on the web.

ReCaptcha also requires JavaScript, in my experience, and if a browser is  configured to block Javascript that can also block reCaptcha.

@walt.farrell

In my Browser javascript.enabled = true

That's good, though of course an extension could still be blocking it. But you would know about that if you'd installed one :)
