Maria José
I am editing my doctoral thesis and copying texts and paragraphs from a Word file, however, the text notes are not copied and the references of these text notes disappear in the new Affinity publisher file. This issue is very important and I am very disappointed in the performance of this program. How can I get them to be incorporated into the affinity publisher file?

Only manually, at this point, as Publisher does not yet have support for footnotes.
