Affinity Photo operates very slowly on Windows desktop

Hello,

I've owned this software for a few months now and any operation I perform to adjust my RAW image runs very slowly. For example, when I adjust the exposure, it takes a few seconds before I am able to visualize the results on the image. Sometimes, if I adjust multiple parameters, the software program doesn't produce any image results and will become unresponsive until I close the program. Any suggestions?

Can you please try turning off the OpenCL option in the Performance section of the Affinity Photo Preferences and let me know if you are still having the same performance issue processing RAW files.

Turning off OpenCL option certainly helped. Sometimes, there's a small lag but does not freeze anymore. Thank you.
