No answer from support

What shall I do when I have a big problem, Affinity support got my files and I get no answer since March 3???

Hi @peterwespi,

Sorry for the delay, i've not been getting notifications on PMs.  

As it stands, i've been unable to replicate the reported problem on my Mac.  I've had the file open for the past 10 minutes and have been adding pages and text to it without any issues.  I'll keep the file open and see if i can replicate the reported issue but so far, all is fine.
