Selected tool won't change_shortcut doesn't work

Hello,
I am using the hand tool to move around the canvas.
When I try to change either by selecting another tool or with a shortcut.
Tool won't change. I am stuck with the hand tool.

Anyone else experiencing this ?

Solution was to quit and restart AFD.

Has this continued after restarting or can you recreate it and send a screen recording?

At the moment it hasn't't come back. It solved the issue.
It does come back once in a while so I will check what I am doing.
If I can recreate it I will send it.

Probably not what caused it for you but for me every so often I think the app is stuck on the View (hand) Tool, only to realize eventually that the spacebar is pressed down by something resting on it along the the edge of the keyboard.
