Hi fellow Users,

I have just purchased the software for my iPad Air and cannot import any files from the iPad’s Photos app. When I try to import from the app, I see five folders (Recents, Favorites, Recently added, Selfies, Screenshots). Tapping on any of the five folders gives an empty black screen with the folder’s name on top - I guess Affinity does not see any of the files. So far I have tried the following: shared raw files with Affinity from the Photos app, and faved one image just to be sure there is at least one photo among Favorites. Could you please help me help the app see my files? Thank you!

One more thing: I do not know how to take a screenshot (new user here), so for the moment, I cannot illustrate the problem.

Hi @Kodo amd welcome to Affinity forums :)

As long as you have set Allow Photos to Access to All Photos  in IPad settings of Affinity Photo, you should have no such issues. In the mean time a quick way to import images from the Photo app to Affinity Photo is to use drag and drop as shown in the post below (scroll a bit for the video demonstration)

All the best!
