Can't make Publisher to include bleed on PDF export

I can in no way get PDF exports to include bleeds. I've tried all hacks I've found in the forum but nothing works. macOS Monterey 12.3.1 APub 1.10.5. Attaching my project.

Thanks, I can confirm that your issue with bleed failing to export relates to the 'Add Noise' live filter layer. There is a known issue which is currently logged with the developers regarding this. Two methods to get the document to export out correctly with bleed is to either remove the live filter or to rasterise/merge visible on the layers (Photo Persona > Merge Visible).

The issue "Live filters cause bleed to export blank" (REF: AF-465) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.3.0.2150".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
