Hi,

I have a shaped text frame and even though the inset-setting would allow for a text starting "normally", it still gets indented. I am 99% sure that i am just missing an option to adjust the text wrapping behaviour? Any help to get rid of the red marked spacing would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Michael

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

You're not missing anything in settings. That's currently the way it works.

You can read more in this thread:

The best solution for now is probably to put a standard rectangular text frame on top of your rounded rectangle and group them, which will give you full control.

Those workarounds will do.

I think another workaround wasn't mentioned in the linked thread: In the Text Frame panel set Initial Advance to Fixed and experiment there a bit with Minimum and above with the Insets values.
