New version will not start after install, I have to reinstall my privious version again Dual

 I have an Acer Aspire 3 laptop (AMD Dual-Core Processor A9-9420 with Turbo CORE Technology up to 3.6 GHz, AMD Radeon R5 Graphics. 6GB DDR4 Memory and 1000GB HDD. After the new version is installed the Affinity logo appears but the app will not start.

Any help will be appreciated.

Please could you provide a screen recording showing the logo appearing but the app not starting?
