Hi,

I'm suffering from constant lagging when using the pentool.

Now at first I thought it was becasuse of the file size and the amount of layers but I started a new project with 2 layers and the laggging is continuing.

my gear:

win 11

i7

32 gb ram ddr4

ssd pci

gtx 1660ti ( Hardware accelaration ON )

If you can try turning OFF hardware acceleration within the apps Preferences > Performance to see if this has any effect. Also check and confirm the version of graphics drivers you're currently using. If any updates are available please download and install, again confirming the version numbers.

Also have the Windows Task Manager open to see what else is running that may be causing an issue and to monitor the system resources usage.

If the above fails can you provide a screen recording of the lag as it's not something I can reproduce on my Windows systems.

Hi,

Lagging continues and the soft crashes many times during different actions ( zooming, using pentool, copying, pasting, fllod selecting, etc ) - the list is rather long.

I didn't encounter that many problem with the previous version of the soft.

I've tried to uploaded the file but the upload failed.
