once created in AP, how to PRESERVE a text style???

so far, neither Google, nor this forum tells me anything about how to PRESERVE and KEEP a text style once created in Publisher.

Creating a chapter book, re-creating the same styles for each book chapter gets old.  

What am I missing?

Where's the forum post on this?  What's it's called?

I don't think AP supports stylesheets.  Am I wrong?  

Almost all online text support is about creating styles.  So far I see nothing on KEEPING A STYLE.

AP (APhoto) supports styles.

As @Pšenda mentioned, you can use the Import Styles function of the Text Styles panel to copy Text Styles from another Affinity document.

There's another function there (Save Styles as Default) that lets you add your text styles to the defaults that the Affinity applications automatically provide.

Thank you Psenda and Walt, 
I'm brand new.  Tried a style template early but no luck.  I know more now and will go back to this with the tutorials and also look for Save Styles as Default.  It's a good software product for sure.
