n8r Posted May 3, 2022 Share Posted May 3, 2022 there are multi-step workarounds for getting the desired results -sometimes- but not for every workflow or intention.. it's soooo simple on desktop, i don't know why it's not a quick option in the layer panel itself: "Make selection from pixels" - sounds like a winner to me i often use a selection of pixels to create new layer masks or edit others on different layers - the flood/smart selection tools are very touchy and are never 100% accurate! please add Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
