visual identifiers in Layers & Appearance panel for layer effects & transparency tool

when layer effects have been applied to a layer there is a visual cue in the layers panel showing this ("fx") - it would be great if the same were true for the transparency tool.

personally I would love to see these visual cues added to the appearance panel too - where you could quickly open the layer effect modal and toggle all of them off/on (just like fills and strokes).

p.s. please also add the ability to add the same layer effect multiple times to the same layer - again, these could be ordered on the z-axis via the appearance panel, as presently true for multiple fills and strokes
