Hi - I am trying to install Photo v.1.10.5 update on a WIN10 desktop. According to the progress bar it gets to about 75% of completion and then stalls. When I first started to install I accidentally started the installation twice, so had two installs going on at the same time. I then terminated one, and then cancelled the other when no progress was being made. I have since rebooted my computer, but the problem is persisting. Grateful for any help with this problem!

I'm afraid this may be the cause of the problem - some files or registry keys may have been created, but they were corrupted by the double installation, and now they're preventing a new installation.
Personally, I would try to manually clean (disk, registry), because the standard uninstall tools will probably not work (the installation was not completed, so there is nothing to uninstall). Alternatively, I would try to install a trial version of ADesigner or APublisher, if installing another but similar application, does not clean the installation.

If a standard Uninstall doesn't work, I would probably try the Microsoft Uninstall Troubleshooter before trying manual cleaning of the registry.
