LauraVL Posted April 26, 2022 Posted April 26, 2022 Hey all! Another probably stupid question from me, sorry... Could I draw up something using my pencil etc on the ipad version and then easily send it over to the desktop one to clean it up/prep for export etc? A bit like the handoff feature that apple/adobe products do? Or alternatively, if I save it from my ipad as an affinity file type, will it open correctly on the desktop version if I sent it over to my computer? Thanks! Quote
Staff EmT Posted April 26, 2022 Staff Posted April 26, 2022 Hi @LauraVL The Affinity files can be opened on iPad or Desktop in any of the Affinity applications. You would need to manually send the files to your desktop device, e.g. through cloud storage. Please also note that any Fonts used will need to be installed on both OS, and any linked files will need to shared to the other device also.
