It’s worth noting that:

  • The fonts used in the documents will need to be installed on both machines and (most probably) need to be the same version numbers;
  • Any linked documents will need to be ‘managed manually’ unless you are packaging your documents;
  • Any changes in colour management, and such like, will need to be taken into consideration.

I’ve never needed to share Affinity documents between OSes so I don’t know the details but you will need to keep these things in mind.
(There may be other things that need to be thought about too.)

One of the experts may give more help if you get stuck with something.
