High Pass filter no longer has apply in the box

This is the same on both desktop and iPad - the high pass filter( and possibly others}  no longer has the apply option in the box - what am I missing? it has the choice of merge, delete or rest. How do I apply the filter to my image or can it no longer be used as a live filter?

Live Filters do not have Apply buttons because they are 'live' as soon as you open one -- IOW they are automatically applied as a new layer as soon as their window opens.

Look on the Layers panel after selecting one from the Layer > New Live Filter Layer submenu & you should see it is already there.
