In German books the first line of paragraph is normally indented but not for the first paragraph on a new page. I was thinking how to solve that automatically. I could to it by hand of cause, but then a change could lead dot a wrong indention of a whole chapter.

So how do you do this for your books? Is there a solution with Affinity Publisher?

In English books where the first line of a new paragraph is indented, the first line of a paragraph on a new page is always indented, regardless of whether the paragraph begins at the top of the page. It’s only the first line of the chapter that is not, so you account for that when setting up the style to be used for the first page of a chapter.
