I recently watched a tutorial (https://youtu.be/acbH-a4Kz-s) where the narrator talks about how the vector marker brushes can behave like actual markers when “multiply” is used. I have Affinity Designer on my iPad and have not been able to find a way to multiply an entire layer the way the narrator mentions in the video. Though I select the layer, then “layer options”, and choose “Multiply”, each additional stroke I make in the layer fails to have the “multiply” blend mode applied to them. I have to select each stroke individually, after it is drawn, and select the blend mode for it. Is there any way to remember the blending mode for all strokes?

Hi @Jose3DSigner

If you need help or have questions about Affinity Photo, I think you should start a topic for Affinity Photo for iPad, as this topic is about Affinity Designer.  @Beedle talks about Affinity Designer for iPad, and more specifically, about vector brushes, which have limited settings, and how to use the effect “multiply” in vector drawing.

All the best!

Thank you so much!

I didn't even pay attention to the small print specifying I'm in the iPad section, sorry.
