Designer, Photo, and Publisher (1.10.5.1342)Won't load stuck saying "Not Responding" with Windows

All of my Affinity products will no longer load after working for weeks. I have tried unloading and reinstalling, making sure my windows is up to date and running SFC scan. Still nothing.  Please help as I have several clients relying on my services. I am attaching the report for Designer for reference.

Hi @Its Personal, LLCand Welcome to the Forums,

Sadly the DMP file didn't highlight anything but i'll get it double checked by the QA team, just to make sure i've not missed something.

Can you just try starting Affinity while holding down the CTRL key and you should get a popup asking if you'd like to clear some settings.  3 options will be selected and you can just click on the Clear button.  Does Affinity now start?

The DMP file tells just the common things. Though according to that DMP the process was running for 36945 sec = 10.2625 h (?) ...
