Old Bruce Posted April 22, 2022 Posted April 22, 2022 Not to my knowledge, there are many times that I would find it useful. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

It works for me but since it is destructive I duplicated the layer before using the detect filter in case I still wanted the original available for other work. NotMyFault Posted April 22, 2022 Posted April 22, 2022 Edge detection is simply a Gaussian blur with blend mode subtract or difference, plus a levels adjustment to boost lightness. Add a channels mixer to transform lightness into alpha channel, and save result as mask.
