Affinity Photo and XRite Camera Calibration

I shot the X-Rite color checker target.

I create a tif 16 bit (tried also 8 bit) no compression (tried also ZIP compression)  image, no editing except noise reduction and frame cropping in Develop Persona.

I open it in XRite Camera Calibration, save the ICC profile but the application crashes repeatedly.

With other softwares it was easily possible to create the profile.

Anyone experienced this?
