I am trying to import an SVG file to Designer - latest version on Windows 10.  The file - a border of arrows - displays fine in all browsers tried, including Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc. The file is border_FIXSUVD.svg attached. Also attached border_FIXSUVD1.png created by saving in the browser, and border_FIXSUVD.png which is how the file looks in Designer (I exported it)

The svg file sets up an element inside defs, then has a series of commands like <use href="#dpath" x="100" y="100" width="105.3584" height="14.7224" transform="rotate(270,100,100)" fill = "#000000" />  to place multiple copies on the screen.  From what I can see, Designer is ignoring the width and height that is specified for each of these elements.
