I find that sometimes I will have a Paragraph and or a Character style in the Find section. Another thing in the Find section could be a Format choice. And my personal mistake and all time favourite/favorite is me misspelling the word or including some spaces in the Find section. Screenshot, video, ...? When I click ctrl+F nothing happens. In menu text, the 'Find' does nothing. In the studio, the 'find and replace' is ticked. That is it! Quote

Komatös Posted April 21, 2022 Posted April 21, 2022 As you can see in your screenshot, you have exclamation marks next to the three functions. Remove the shortcuts from "find previous" and "find next" and ctrl + f will work as expected. However, though you should get it fixed, it will not explain your original problem of Find not working, as you also said that the menu didn't work, and you can't find the studio panel, either. Some of the possible reasons for not being able to find that panel: You're not in the Publisher Persona of Publisher. You have (or had) multiple monitors, and now you don't, and it's showing on the disconnected monitor. You don't have the left studio showing. View > Studio > Show Left Studio would fix that. Or possibly View > Studio > Reset Studio.
