When drawing a circle from center it is often needed that the line of the circle goes through a certain point. That is difficult to do at the moment if the point is not positioned horizontally or vertically from the center of the circle. It would be helpfull if the snapping worked not for the bounding box of the circle, but for the diameter of the circle (so the line would pass through the target point). This applies just for circles drawn from center.
