LMinter
I just bought Affinity Photo. WhenI click the sample photo or the iCloud icon, the little down arrow turns to a red X. I'm sure there is a simple reason and solution.
JFisher
Hi LMinterWelcome to the forums :)The red 'X' is an option to cancel the download, suggesting that the download is in progress. The white outline around the image gives you the download progress. When it finishes you can open the image clicking on it.J LMinter
George82
Hi, I have recently purchased Affinity photo and have the same problem as LMinter but however long I wait the little iClouds do not disappear. I am connected to the internet with a good download speed and can see no settings in Affinity that require me to 'allow' it to access the internet. Is there something else I need to do to enable the download of these images? Thank you, George
