Hi could you help me, I downloaded and payed for Affinity Photo but I cannot input my email or product key, when I do all I get is INVALID DETAILS.  Can you help me,

Did you make sure to download the product for which you purchased a licence? It’s (all too) easy to order the right product but download the wrong one, or vice versa. Please also ensure that you enter the same email address as you used at the time of purchase, even if you’re using a different address now, because the product key is irrevocably tied to the email address that you used originally.
