Hello: I've completed my first book and recently sent my files off for a test print. Upon receiving the book, everything looked pretty good, but I realized that it would look much better if I had artwork for the beginning and end of the book's interior. Just for extra clarity, I've included the pages where the desired art would appear.  I'm using Lulu Publishing and have looked at some of their YouTube tutorials, but they haven't addressed my specific issue. And searching further, I have yet to find any other videos that addresses my issue.

It feels like adding the artwork would be relatively easy, so I must be missing something. I've looked at LuLu's templates, but none seem to have what I need.

I tried adding 2 pages before my page #1, but they end up appearing after page #1. At this point, I'm at a complete loss.  Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

Thanks—Craig

When you select 'Add Pages', you should get the option to Insert Pages before a set Page. As below:

Please let me know if that does not work.

Hi EmT:  Apologies for not being more clear.  I did choose, "Add Pages" and made sure to select "Insert: Before Page 1".  I just tried again, but the same thing happened. I do notice that below your "Page: 1", "Master A" is listed.  With my project, "Text Pages" is listed.  Could that be the issue? My three options are, "Text Pages, Title-Author, and Page Numbers"  Any other ideas?

Thanks—Craig

Master A is the default name, you have renamed your Master Page to Text Pages.  Not a problem.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

EmT: I received a response from Lulu Publishing stating that they cannot print on the inside cover of a hardback book. So, at this point, I don't see how Affinity could solve the problem. Even I if could put a full-page image spread before Pg 1, the inside cover and facing page would still be blank.

Thanks for your offer, though.
