Click the Grid lines or Subdivision lines swatch to display a pop-up panel to set the line colour(s). Drag the sliders to set the opacity of either, or both, line colours. Click Close. Other than that, you can always create/draw your own made grid group via horiz/vert colored lines the way you want, lower ithe groups opacity and then lock the whole placed at the bottom of the layers panel.
