tomia73 Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 I've tried the shadows / highlights adjuments on the gradient map and I'm disappointed with what curves they give in photo personaintensity. waveform shows the course of the curve ... In develop persona it's a little better. In a photo persona, at a value of 100 in light, 1/3 of a photo is burned without a drawing. In develop persona, there is a smoother curve with no values of 100. The shadows are also weird - almost flat at 100. In develop persona, the changes are too sharp. Quote
Lisbon Posted April 19, 2022 Posted April 19, 2022 Try the shadows/highlights live filter instead. Maybe the result is closer to your expectations. Quote
Old Bruce Posted April 19, 2022 Posted April 19, 2022 Have you tried using 32 bit files? Also ... What sort of curve are you expecting in the Intensity Waveform. Finally, just edit your gradient to give you what you want. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
tomia73 Posted April 19, 2022 Author Posted April 19, 2022 live filter is much better. I expect a curve with smooth transitions. -The curve must not make the lights at a minimum magnification. Forgive my English. Lisbon 1 Quote
