deltalima001 Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 I recently started to see the spinning wheel, at different times when performing various tasks. I’m on macOS Monterey version 12.1, M1 Pro and 16 GB Memory. I have seen a previous post on this forum about this macOS bug (November 2021), but I wanted to start a new thread. Is anyone able to offer any updates or workarounds? Quote
Staff DWright Posted April 19, 2022 Staff Posted April 19, 2022 Hi @deltalima001, Welcome to the forum Can you please provide me with more information on your workflow in Affinity Photo when you are encountering the spinning wheel cursor. Quote
deltalima001 Posted April 22, 2022 Author Posted April 22, 2022 Thank you, DWright. Nothing too elaborate about the workflow. Some basic tasks like level horizon, crop, adjusting levels, add sharpness, reduce noise, exporting in different sizes, etc. It happens with both CR2 and JPGs. Both on Photo and Develop Persona. I don't have the Channels panel selected at the bottom right, but the Navigator panel instead (I read that probably helps). In short, pretty random behavior for the spinning disc to show up. Sometimes it is more aggressive but I can't attribute it to one specific task or workflow. Computer is also brand new. Thanks in advance for any recommendations. Quote
