hi I’m having problems with importing .arw(raw) files. my camera model is sony A7C, lens is 28 -70mm F2.8 50.

after I import raw files, top of the screen appears “no camera data” but when I search it from my iPad they do have the information of the raw files which includes camera body and lens information

I’m also importing the image file. but I’m not sure if it’s the raw file or the jpeg. when I see the file size it looks like the jpeg butactually the files which is happening  is the raw file

sorry for the late reply

attaching file that i record from my ipad

you’ll see both files (jpeg+raw , raw) opening in each file, photo apps,

the raw file which is open from ‘import from cloud’ is opening well

but the ‘import from photos’ will have no raw infos

looks like the jpeg+raw file having problem

thank you
