I would like to intervene in place of this member because she does not speak English.
She works on a Mac and reports that when she inserts a photo in portrait mode in Publisher, it appears in landscape format.
Has anyone ever encountered this problem? What solution could we provide her?

When you place a photo from a digital camera, the EXIF rotation data is ignored.
